Workshops

Now offering three in-person workshops for Tulsa area women,
plus couples and family workshops on select occasions.

These workshops are relaxed, interactive, and very visual (I use object lessons, options for group participation, as well as digital presentations). Participants will receive handouts and walk away from each workshop with practical steps they can start applying immediately to minimize daily stress and overwhelm.

Limited seating is available for public workshops. Check the current public workshop schedule below the following descriptions and book your spots.

Private workshops can be arranged for groups/teams (both genders) of any size such as businesses, organizations, small groups, Bible-studies, mom’s groups, etc. (Prices vary.) Contact me with questions and to set up your private workshop.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS

Control & Overwhelm

We all love to be in control. Overwhelm tends to come with a feeling of being out of control. But did you know that overwhelm often is brought on by actually taking too much control?

Many of us women often feel if we want something done right, we must do it ourselves. Or we step in to help those around us because we are designed to be carers, fixers, and doers. This often leads to us carrying too much and struggling under the weight of overwhelm!

Master what control really is (some things might surprise you here!) and how to apply it in balanced & healthy ways to greatly reduce the amount of overwhelm you experience on a daily basis.

Identity & Overwhelm

Did you know that what we believe about our value and identity directly affects our daily decisions? Inaccurate beliefs are actually the BIGGEST contributors to overwhelm.

Contrary to popular belief, your Creator is the only one who determines your true identity. Discover how your identity (as God defines it) and what you believe about yourself contribute to your degree of overwhelm. AND learn how to gauge and correct inaccurate beliefs where needed. Gain practical strategies to start eliminating overwhelm immediately.

Communication, Expectations, & Overwhelm

Effective communication + accurate perceptions + proper expectations… a recipe for minimizing overwhelm in the workplace and everyday life.

Did you know thinking styles and learning styles are not the same thing? Do you have accurate and healthy expectations of yourself and those around you? At this workshop you'll gain access to my exclusive Communication Assessment, learn how to maximize yours and others’ unique thinking + learning styles, reduce overwhelm in the workplace and transform your interpersonal communication.
