FAQ’s

  • What is the setting/work environment?

    We work in my home office. Clients have said it’s a relaxed and peaceful environment free from distractions and clutter.

  • What do I wear?

    As the coach I wear business casual, but I’m here to alleviate stress and pressure, not add to it, so please wear what you feel is comfortable. As long as you’re wearing clothes we’re good!

  • Do you have references?

    I have past clients willing to share about their experiences and I can provide their contact information upon request.

  • What goals are met in your programs?

    We tackle the things that cause overwhelm and we bring balance there. This can include:

    o Managing Time better so there’s down time without feeling guilty
    o Mastering which responsibilities are yours and which ones aren’t so you don’t overcommit
    o Gaining a healthy relationship with “control”
    o Establishing order in your spaces, thoughts, calendar…anywhere order is needed!
    o Finding motivation to complete tasks and stop procrastinating
    o Setting good boundaries with your time, attention, commitments, and relationships
    o Developing more healthy routines and habits
    o Improving your communication
    o And more

  • How long are the sessions and how many per week?

    Each session is 2 hours and it’s best to have at least one session per week until your package is completed. You may book multiple sessions per week if time is available. Some clients have desired additional time, so you may book more sessions as needed after you complete your package. The number of required sessions depends on the package you choose. See my “Packages and Services” for more.

  • How much time is required of me outside of the sessions? Is there homework?

    This is up to you. Each service package includes a Guide with reflection questions to reinforce the topics we cover in the program. Some clients choose to spend personal time on this outside of the program sessions and some prefer to take a few minutes during the sessions to answer the questions. There are 2-5 questions per section which could take approximately 10-30 minutes to complete depending on how thorough you want to be.

  • Can I upgrade my package?

    Absolutely! Upgrade any time and/or add extra sessions (called Post-program Add-ons) to any package if desired ($100/hr).

  • Will I be in a group or are sessions 1:1?

    All sessions are conducted 1:1 with me unless you register for a workshop.

  • Are my sessions confidential?

    Absolutely! See my “Standards of Practice” for all Threadbare To Thriving services including workshops.

  • Can I cancel my program?

    Yes. If you find this isn’t the right fit for you or life circumstances shift, etc. you may cancel your program at any time. See the full Cancellation Policy for details.
